Overview & Philosophy
ll teams compete in the Leduc and District Athletic Association and are bound by the Guidelines of the Association. Two annual meetings of the Association are held to determine rules and schedules of events.
Team Philosophy
Tryouts are competitive by nature, therefore, teams will be run on a competitive basis. Although Junior teams focus more on the developmental skills, they can still be competitive.
Selections and participation will be based upon:
1. exemplary behaviour
2. effort
3. marks (and maintenance of)
4. attitude
5. attendance (practice/games)
6. skill
Playing time is based on:
1. the above philosophy
2. Coach's discretion
3. ability
